<li>Make sure you have proper consent to contact the people in any contact list you give us</li>
<li>Follow all laws that apply to your business communications, including texting and email marketing laws</li>

<h2>4. Text Messaging and Communications</h2>
<p>You are responsible for making sure that your contacts have agreed to receive messages from your business. You agree not to use our services to send spam or unwanted messages.</p>

<li>Monthly services are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.</li>
<li>Setup fees and fees for work already completed are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.</li>
<li>We may pause services if payment is late.</li>
<li>Third-party costs, such as texting or phone number fees, may be billed separately.</li>

<h2>6. Cancellation</h2>
<p>You may cancel monthly services by contacting us in writing at least 1 days before your next billing date. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period.</p>
<h2>7. Third-Party Tools</h2>
<p>Our services may rely on third-party platforms, such as CRM, calendar, phone, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by those platforms.</p>
<h2>8. No Guaranteed Results</h2>
<p>We work hard to help your business, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as a number of leads, appointments, sales, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.</p>
<h2>9. Intellectual Property</h2>
<p>The Relay Rhino name, logo, mascot, website content, and workflow templates belong to Relay Rhino. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Your business content and contact data remain yours.</p>
<h2>10. Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>To the fullest extent allowed by law, Relay Rhino will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.</p>
<h2>11. Indemnification</h2>
<p>You agree to protect and hold Relay Rhino harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, your contact lists, your messages, or your violation of these Terms or any law.</p>
<h2>12. Ending Service</h2>
<p>We may suspend or end services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use our services in a way that could harm us or others.</p>
